About the Course
In the heart of Luling, two championship courses are taking shape — one crafted by Kyle Franz and the other reflecting the Aussie-Euro inspiration of OCM. Each course carries its own character and vision: the Franz design embraces a Texas ranch style, defined by mesquite tree-lined corridors and seas of buffalo grass, while the OCM course channels a Scottish links, featuring deep revetted bunkers and massive Biarritz-style greens. Together, they create a landscape of contrast — rugged and refined, native and international.
This project stands at the cutting edge of the new wave of turfgrass development in golf, featuring new cultivars of zoysia grass on greens and other playing surfaces. Be part of a team pushing boundaries in agronomy, construction, and sustainability.
Industry connections. Texas grit. Pride in craft. And a little BBQ.
